How we started...

Top Finishes started trading in 1991 as a family business by Fred Cootee, trading as Topline Roofing, completing a variety of roofing and ceiling projects. In 2008, Mark Sampie came onboard and realized the need for a registered company. As a result, Top Finishes was registered in 2010. Since then,Top Finishes has grown from strength to strength establishing in the roofing and ceiling industry. Over the years, we deliberately decided to stay small and manageable, allowing us to provide our clients with personalized attention. We strive to be open and accessible to our clients, never taking on more than we can handle, as such ensuring that we deliver on what we promise.
